About me
I am a Global Executive & Leadership Coach working with leaders and professionals navigating growth, change, transition, or simply asking, "What next?" With 2,500+ hours of coaching and 25+ years across corporate life, entrepreneurship, recruitment and learning and development, I bring both coaching depth and real-world business perspective.
I work primarily with CXOs, senior executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders and high-potential professionals in international and multicultural environments. I am based in The Hague and work across Europe and India, in English, Hindi and French.
My coaching approach
My approach is whole-person and contextual. I look at the person, the role and the environment together, because leadership challenges rarely exist in isolation. I create a safe but honest space to slow down, think differently and explore what lies beneath the immediate issue.
I use questioning, reflection, assessment insights, feedback and practical experiments to help you find your own clarity. I can be supportive, and I will challenge assumptions when that serves you.

I have held corporate roles with Oracle and GE Capital, built and advised businesses, led recruitment initiatives, worked in learning and development, and served in leadership roles in professional communities including ICF Delhi NCR.
